Examining Saadi's legal thoughts in his moral teachings

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: One of the most important central themes of Saadi"s works is ethics, and the basis of Saadi"s thoughts is also manifested in his ethics. Among the moral issues and issues, most of the points are related to the rights of people in the society. In this article, we have tried to extract and analyze all the points related to citizenship rights, the rights of society members towards each other, as well as the rights of family members from Saadi"s poetry and prose works.
METHODOLOGY: In this research, based on library sources and analytical-descriptive method, Saadi"s legal thoughts were investigated in her moral teachings.
FINDINGS:In this research, all the points related to citizenship rights, the rights of society members towards each other, as well as the rights of family members were extracted and analyzed from Saadi"s poetry and prose works.
CONCLUSION: The results of the research show that in Saadi"s works, the rights of all people and groups of society are widely discussed in the form of moral advice and among them, the citizenship and general rights of people are the most. has been taken into account. Another thing is that all of Saadi"s words and thoughts are completely in line with the teachings of Islam.
